Yes, you heard it right, speak only if you have any unique perspective or if your point of view will add value to the conversation. A lot of times, people repeat what others have said, or they keep going round and round in circles, Stop doing that as you are just making your image weak. Don’t say I agree with so & so or just to add and repeat the same point. Dont do that! Think deep, Speak in short to the point, remember KISS – Keep it Short & Simple and only if you have anything to add not repeat.
